After School Sessions
At KICK IT Sports, our after school sessions are designed to give children a positive, energetic boost at the end of their school day. Blending structured physical activity with plenty of fun and games, our sessions help children stay active, build confidence, and develop new skills — all in a safe, supportive environment.
Led by our qualified and DBS-checked coaches, each session is packed with a variety of sports and activities that promote teamwork, coordination, and a love for physical movement. From football and basketball to dance, dodgeball, and multi-sports, there’s something for every child to enjoy — regardless of ability or experience.
Our sessions not only support physical health, but also contribute to improved focus, social skills, and emotional wellbeing. Holiday Sessions
At KICK IT Sports, our holiday sessions are the ultimate way to keep children active, entertained, and smiling during school holidays. Whether it’s half-term, Easter, summer or Christmas, we offer full and half-day programmes bursting with energy, variety, and excitement.
Our holiday camps are designed to suit all interests and abilities, offering a wide range of sports, games, and creative activities to keep minds and bodies engaged. From football, cricket and dodgeball to team challenges, obstacle courses and themed days — no two sessions are ever the same.
Led by our experienced, DBS-checked coaches, we create a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can make new friends, learn new skills, and grow in confidence — all while having loads of fun. We place a strong focus on teamwork, encouragement, and wellbeing, ensuring every child feels part of the KICK IT community.

Health & Wellbeing
With over 18 years of experience, KICK IT Sports has been delivering dynamic and engaging sports sessions to children across North Wales. Our passion for combining physical activity with education continues to grow, and so does our range of services.
In addition to our popular after-school and holiday sports sessions, we now offer:
- Curriculum-Based PE Lessons during school hours
- Literacy and Numeracy Through Sport – helping pupils develop key skills in a fun, active environment
- Special Theme Days, such as our recent World Cup session, which combined physical activity with engaging classroom-based learning

We’re excited to launch our Health & Well-Being Project in 2025 – a programme designed in response to the lasting impact of Covid-19 on children’s mental and emotional well-being.
This interactive session is:

BRAND NEW SESSIONS
Turn Up & Play
The session will focus on attacking, shooting and principles about being a Footballer. We will add in 1v1 situations followed by get a shot on goal, using different skills to beat a defender followed by a shot past the goalkeeper. During the sessions the players will test their skills in a penalty shootout and free kick competition. And most importantly there will be lots of goals!!!
Each week we will focus on new aspects of the game including shooting, skills, turns, passing, tackling, dribbling & Goalkeeping. Lots of fun games and drills with matches to finish every week

Our tournaments are more than just matches — they’re exciting, inclusive events that bring children together to compete, collaborate and celebrate sport. Whether you’re looking to host an inter-school challenge, a community event, or a school-wide sports day, we’ll take care of everything from planning to whistle-blow.
Our experienced team organises and delivers high-quality, structured tournaments across a range of sports including football, dodgeball, netball, multi-skills and more. We create a fun yet competitive environment where participants can develop key skills such as teamwork, communication, resilience, and sportsmanship.

PE & PPA In Schools
We work in partnership with schools to deliver high-quality PE lessons and PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover that engage pupils, enrich the curriculum, and support staff.
With over 18 years of experience, our DBS-checked coaches are skilled in delivering structured, inclusive sessions aligned with the national curriculum. We focus not only on physical development, but also on promoting teamwork, leadership, and resilience — essential life skills both on and off the field.
Whether you need full-day cover, short-term support, or regular weekly sessions, we tailor our delivery to meet your school’s unique needs. From Early Years through to Key Stage 2, we create a positive environment where pupils are encouraged to move more, try new things, and enjoy being active.

ACTIVE START, POSITIVE FINISH
Breakfast & Dinner Clubs
Breakfast and Dinner Clubs are designed to give children the perfect balance of activity, structure, and fun at both ends of the school day. Whether it’s boosting energy and focus in the morning or helping children unwind and recharge in the evening, our sessions support physical wellbeing and healthy routines.
Led by our friendly, DBS-checked coaches, each club includes a variety of engaging games, sports and team activities tailored to suit all ages and abilities. We create a warm, inclusive environment where children can build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy being active in a relaxed setting.
Our Breakfast and Dinner Clubs not only support working families with wraparound care, but also contribute to healthier, happier pupils who are ready to learn and grow.

We’re proud to support care homes with a range of gentle, engaging, and meaningful activity sessions designed to improve both the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. After a challenging few years, particularly following the impact of Covid-19, we are delighted to once again be working alongside care providers to uplift and connect communities through movement.
Our care home sessions are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, enjoyable, and accessible to all ability levels. We use a variety of equipment — including therabands, bean bags, balls, noodles, and targets — to promote mobility, balance, coordination, and strength in a safe and supportive environment. The exercises are low-impact and adaptable, helping to prevent falls, support joint health, and enhance day-to-day function.
But our sessions go beyond the physical. We also offer activities that support memory and cognitive stimulation, using specially designed tools like memory cards and group-based games that encourage focus, recall, and communication — all delivered with warmth, encouragement, and a touch of fun.
