REFUND POLICY
If your child is unable to attend a course due to illness or other circumstances, refunds or transferring to other courses will be offered.
- A full refund is given if the parent/guardian of the child contacts KICK IT to cancel one week prior to the course starting.
- If a parent/guardian contacts KICK IT within one week prior to the course, the child will be transferred to the next available course.
- If a parent/guardian contacts during a course, no refund is available.
